Sometimes things are awkward, or downright difficult to put into words. This is one of those times. It seems the best thing to do is to just say it straight out. We are sorry! We sincerely apologize for the continued delays, the inconsistent orders, and the inconvenience so many of you have experienced. Most of all, we regret that there are some of you who feel misled. Please let me assure you this was never our intention.
We don't want to make excuses, but we do want to honestly tell you the reason, and explain what we have done to fix the problem.
While Landshark and I did start the company, we had partners, who while well meaning I am sure, interfered with almost every aspect of the day to day operations. The result of this, was that we would make promises, and despite our best efforts, sometimes they would not come true. This impacted everything from shipping, to orders, and so on.
As of February 1, 2018, our partners are no longer affiliated with the company, and we now have full and complete control. Over the next few days we will be assessing which orders are still outstanding, and need to be filled. Once that is done, we will be expediting everything as quickly as is caninely possible.
You know we have a great product. Please bear with us for just a couple of days while we fix these issues. We will be back up to full operation by Tuesday, the 6th of February.
