HOCKEYGURL DESIGNS was originally founded and named based upon the number of hockey-related projects that we suddenly had in progress, and having two daughters (yes daughters) playing the sport, it seemed like the logical, reasonable thing to do.
Our hockey projects have included sites for many NHL players, including Tyson Nash, Duncan Keith, Jeremy Roenick, Tony Amonte, Chris Chelios and Robert Esche, as well as projects for hockey camps, hockey training, high school hockey teams, hockey booster clubs and more.
Listed below are some of our most recent hockey projects.
Duncan Keith is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman and an alternate captain for the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Keith is known as a two-way defenceman, capable in both shutdown and offensive roles. He is a three-time Stanley Cup champion with the Blackhawks in 2010, 2013 and 2015.
On January 27, 2017, in a ceremony during the All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, Keith was part of the second group of players to be named one of the '100 Greatest NHL Players' in history.
Tyson Nash is one of the top 10 Agitators of all time. Here you will find Tyson's career stats, articles, videos and other information, as well as photos from his various teams.
After his playing career, Nash was hired as the Phoenix Coyotes' radio color analyst, where he joined the Coyotes' radio play-by-play announcer Bob Heethuis in the broadcast booth.
In 2013-2014, Tyson Nash enters his fourth season with the Phoenix Coyotes as the team’s TV color analyst, teaming up with play-by-play announcer Matt McConnell.
Jeremy Roenick Dot Com was the official website for NHL star Jeremy Roenick from early 1998 through late 2009, when it was shut down after his retirement. Roenick started up a "post hockey" website at that time.
This long-established website has evolved through many design changes over the years, only two which are shown here.
The site was recently re-established as a tribute to Roenick's hockey career, with recaps about his time with various teams, hockey information, videos and galleries.
Additionally it features links to his current post-hockey website, which has reappeared after having had a "coming soon" tag for some time.
This website contains news articles on JR's hockey career, as well as events and news off the ice. It also includes links to Roenick's books and podcasts, as well as videos.
Official Phoenix Coyotes Booster Club website. This club, unfortunately, is now defunct.
It is the start of a new Era in Phoenix Coyotes history – new owners will add stability both on and off the ice, and the Coyotes will finally be recognized as one of the premier sports in the Valley!
We hope you will consider joining the fan base and howling along with us this year.
The mission of the NHL Booster Club is to create an environment where individuals from our member clubs can develop relationships that improve their communities, friendships and the sport of hockey across North America and Canada.
A member club in good standing that wants to bid for an annual convention must submit a letter of intent in writing to the President of the NHLBC and the other Member Clubs.
This website has been turned over to the booster organization to maintain and update.
Tony Amonte Dot Com was the website maintained for NHL star Tony Amonte, archived when he retired from hockey in 2008.
This website contained on ice and off ice news, photo galleries, and updates related to Tony's NHL Teams, including the Chicago Blackhawks, Phoenix Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers, and Calgary Flames.
The site also included links and information for Amonte's favorite charities and off ice interests. Tony Amonte Dot Com will continue as an archived record of Amonte's career, and will be updated with career summaries, photo galleries, and more in the near future.
GoalieGirl Online is being revamped and redesigned to to highlight those very special hockey players, NHL goaltenders. The domain was hacked and hi-jacked, and the project had to be abandoned at it's previous domain. It is currently being rebuilt with a new domain name.
Chris-Chelios Dot Com was a website that highlighted Cheli's hockey career, his charities, and his yearly golf tournament.
This site contained photo galleries, news items, and game notes.
It was retired when the domain was transferred to be used as the address for the Chelios restaurant chain in the Detroit metro area. The restaurant is now operating with a different web address.
AHSHA provides high school students the opportunity to participate in a high quality youth hockey program, promoting the life skills inherent to participation in a competitive environment through the sport of amateur hockey.
The Hamilton Huskies Varsity and Junior Varsity teams were winners of the 2013 State Championships in their respected divisions. The Junior Varsity team was also the winner of the 2012 State Championship. Under reorganization, the Championship teams were merged with other teams and no longer exist in their previous form. This website commemorated the award-winning 2012-2013 seasons.
MC Hockey Skills was a website designed and maintained for a local hockey coach and educator.
The website included videos and photo galleries as well as information and sign-up pages for camps and clinics held throughout the country.
This website design was retired, and the site was taken over and redesigned by the coach's family.
