This three-part project began with reclaiming the bed space and the removal of all dead and overgrown plants. The stumps were then removed. As shown, it had been some time since these beds were approached.

The next phase will include reshaping the beds and replanting the front and parking areas.

Phase three will include reseeding the entire backyard and side of the house after some city completes work on drainage pipes.

Three phases have been scheduled to reduce the monthly cost of this expensive upgrade, as well as segmenting the project to allow each contractor time to complete their own phases.
